Dear GOD JESUS CHRIST, 

"I pray that I in the future and all other DJ's, music producers, music artists, singers and bands spread a new message about you and your ethics, morals, and rules. I believe all the things about you from the past don't necessarily resonate or work anymore for the general population. I for myself am not religious because I do not agree with the eucharist ceremony, nor with any pagan practices. I believe you want us even DJ's to include a prayer before and at the end of every set. Our music can be cool, awesome and energetic. I for one know that the reality is not about the sex but about the violence, cruelty and hate which must be avoided and eradicated everywhere in this world/earth/planet at all costs. I for one choose music to be my instrument to spread my message from you to love each other and to be inclusive and to avoid conflict, hate, and tyranny. Like I said I don't believe all bad words and sex are wrong because I and we have to keep it real with the young and senior people of today's societies. Violence, hate, and corruption are the evils we must address in our prayers and work towards ending from the human consciousness, not love, peace and harmony, Amen."

Music:

Music is an engagement as well as an escape. You can pass the time with music or work while listening, getting things done, working out, and of course dancing. Music is fun and can be wholesome. If you can’t find any music with the right lyrics try instrumental music, like mine. There are a lot of choices, from classical, to ambient and techno. 

Music can also be very motivating and inspiring. Music can often validate your moods also.

Music is a door a few tidbits can open. There is one key for something like house music and another key for something like trance music. Pop music often can be opened with the key to house as well...

From "Eclectic", Tears of an Afghan

From my first album, "Eclectic" by JRW 21, my first track (song) is "Tears of an Afghan". In this song I tried to think about war...I was in one; however, that only solidifies my strong feelings against all war and border disputes. Seeing first hand the devastation of war in Iraq I thought about all the wars that have been fought in Afghanistan, so I tried to make an instrumental song about it that was eclectic (deriving from many different sources). I start out with an Afghanistan Sand Rabab and follow with two Liffey guitars. The eclectic really comes in with the 80's beat, Motown sound, Modern disco plug in, African drums, congas and finally a choir. The rest of the album is also eclectic and follows with many different music styles and genres all mixed together with beats and rhythm. Hi there...this is my first post in this particular blog. These posts are sorted automatically from newest on top to oldest in the back, so if you want to read all my posts in order you have to start "backwards", good grief!

I have recently been working on the official release of three instrumental music albums and a poetry book. Two of the albums are already on iTunes, Spotify, Pandora, Deezer, Amazon, Apple Music and Anghami, so you can stream, download or buy them there. I will also start selling actual physical CD's and LP's if I get enough requests, but it seems just about everybody these days is streaming. The book is in print and as an ebook. More to come on that soon.

The first album "Eclectic" is an instrumental music album with experimental, world sounds and electronic instruments from various parts of the world all mixed in often with rhythmic beats and bass. The second album "Supernatural" is an album with mostly high energy, get things done and dance to it to beats and tracks. There are a couple of slower down tempo jams on there also. The poetry book is deep...and thoughtful. It is about relationships, religion, environmental issues and politics. I don't utilize iambic meter very much and instead call it abstract, like the kind of art that I like. You and I get to fill in the blanks. It is called "Letters to the World", and I had been at it since 1999, but unfortunate turns of events, mishaps and hospitalizations made it impossible to finish until just recently here in 2024. The music production started in 2024, and for the same reasons from above I could not get any opportunities to start much less put together and finish any solid projects before that...

With better health, and a new outlook, things are better now and I am getting things done. I am currently working on the marketing of my albums and book projects. However, like one of my T-shirts says, I rather be making beats! That is making music and or writing.
